Research & Development:
Research and development play an important and growing role in our company. We develop new procedures and technologies in cooperation with research institutes and universities.
Innovation is an essential and indispensable part of our work. We successfully cooperate with several significant domestic and international companies.
Tenders
Our company received funding from the EU tender GOP-1.1.1-11-2012-0551, titled "Development of a new wood drying process with the creation of an X-ray measuring device necessary for validation and a prototype capable of demonstrating the process".
Our company received funding from the EU tender GOP-2.1.1-11/A, titled "Technical implementation of vaporizing technology".
Our company received funding from the EU tender GOP-1.3.1-11/C, titled "Applied industrial research for the development of a new heat treatment technology that maintains the dimensional accuracy of castings".
The goal of the project is the development of a new heat treatment process arising from the company’s activities.
Our company received funding from the EU tender GOP-1.1.1-09, titled "Development of a heat insulation system using nanotechnology for high-temperature industrial furnaces".
The goal of the project is to develop a new insulation process for industrial furnaces. The Bay Zoltán Institute is participating in the project. The necessary equipment and tasks for conducting the experiments have been jointly determined.
Our company received funding from the EU tender GOP-2.1.1-09/A, titled "Implementation of oxide ceramic manufacturing technology".
Our goal is to manufacture components made of Al oxide and sintered at 1600–1800°C. Since this technology is extremely expensive, implementation has not been possible until now, which is why we plan to introduce it.
Expected benefits of using oxide ceramic components:
- High heat resistance, essential especially for heating element support tubes, thermocouples, etc.
- Zero water absorption, resulting in exceptional insulating capacity (e.g. also used in spark plugs and other high-voltage ignition materials).
- Practically no leakage current, significantly improving the electrical strength of furnaces. Enables the use of much more sensitive EV relays, thus reducing the risk of electric shock.
- Enables the production of entirely new furnace technologies, e.g. special protective gas and high vacuum furnaces.
The density of oxide ceramics is practically equal to that of glass, resulting in zero absorption and gas adsorption.
