Research and development play an important and increasingly significant role in our company. We develop new procedures and technologies in cooperation with research companies and universities.
Innovation is a vital and indispensable part of our work. We cooperate successfully with several major domestic and international companies.
Our company received support under the EU grant GOP-1.1.1-11-2012-0551, titled "Development of a new wood drying process including the development of an X-ray measuring device required for validation and a prototype capable of demonstrating the process".
Our company received support under the EU grant GOP-2.1.1-11/A, titled "Technical implementation of vaporizing technology".
Our company received support under the EU grant GOP-1.3.1-11/C, titled "Applied industrial research to develop a new heat treatment technology that maintains the dimensional accuracy of castings".
The aim of the project is to develop a new heat treatment process during the activities of the Ltd.
Our company received support under the EU grant GOP-1.1.1-09, titled "Development of a thermal insulation system using nanotechnology for high-temperature industrial furnaces".
The aim of the project is to develop a new insulation process during the activities of the Ltd. for insulating industrial furnaces. The Bay Zoltán Institute participates in the project. The tools and tasks necessary to carry out the experiments have been jointly defined.
Our company received support under the EU grant GOP-2.1.1-09/A, titled "Introduction of oxide ceramics manufacturing technology".
Our goal is to produce components made from aluminum oxide, sintered at 1600-1800°C. Since this technology is extremely expensive, implementation has not been possible until now; therefore, we now intend to introduce it.
Expected advantages of using oxide ceramic components:
- High heat resistance, which is essential especially for heating element support tubes, thermocouples, etc.
- Zero water absorption capacity, resulting in exceptional insulation properties (e.g. this is the material used in spark plugs and other high-voltage ignition devices).
- Practically no leakage current, which significantly improves the electrical strength of the furnaces. Enables the use of much more sensitive EV relays, thereby reducing the risk of electric shock-related accidents.
- Enables the production of furnaces with completely new technologies, e.g. special protective gas and high vacuum furnaces can be produced.
The density of oxide ceramics is practically the same as glass, thus its water absorption and gas absorption are zero.
